Conditions for Headlamps Direct
The following terms and conditions comply
with the laws of England and Wales and the Distance Selling Regulations
of 2000.
In accordance with Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your
order within 7 working days from the date of your order.
All items must be pre-paid before
delivery
headlampsdirect.co.uk values the security of the financial
details of its
customers and uses the very latest in technology to keep customer
information and financial details safe. All customer online payments are made through
Roman Carts secure payment gateway. Forms of
payment which are accepted are UK credit and Debit Cards and
PayPal
Delivery is normally 3 to 5 working days
Your details will be stored on a computer
according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984.
headlampsdirect.co.uk reserves the right to
refuse to supply goods. In this case an alternative may be offered, but
if this is not acceptable any money received will be immediately
refunded in full.
All products and services are subject to
availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be
fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
If payment is to be made by credit or
debit card or paypal via Paypal, the total amount due will be debited
from your account at the time of your order and before the dispatch of
your purchase. All reasonable care is taken, in so far as it is possible
within headlampsdirect's
power to do so, to keep the details of your order and
payment secure, but in the absence of negligence of headlampsdirect.co.uk
it cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a
third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when
accessing or ordering from our site.
Payments processed
through HSBC or PayPal will show on your PayPal, Bank or Credit card
statement as 'Wingmirrorman'.
We request your name, address, email and
telephone number to enable us to provide you with an efficient service
but we WILL NOT pass your details to ANY third parties.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
I Reserve the right to amend these Terms
and Conditions at any time.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect
consumer statutory rights.
Any disputes will be adjudicated
according to the laws of England and Wales.
Returns Policy
All our goods come with a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.
If you are unhappy with
your purchase or there are any faults with the goods then a full refund will
be given to yourself or the goods will be exchanged at your discretion.
Please Note ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS
of the initial delivery to you. Send the goods to Headlamps Direct, Unit 7,
Woolfold Industrial Estate, Stewart Street, Tottington,
Bury, Lancashire BL8 1SF .
ALL RETURNS MUST BE
UNDAMAGED AND RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKING. REFUNDS WILL NOT
BE GIVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS ALTERED OR CHANGED IN ANY WAY. THIS COULD INCLUDE
FITMENT SO
PLEASE ENSURE
THAT THE PART IS CORRECT FOR YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE FITMENT.
WE ABSOLUTELY
SUGGEST THAT A QUALIFIED PERSON I.E. A FULLY QUALIFIED MECHANIC FIT
ANY PRODUCT SUPPLIED FROM THIS WEBSITE
A HANDLING CHARGE OF
£5.00 WILL BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF A REFUND UNLESS GOODS ARE FAULTY OR AN
ERROR HAS BEEN MADE BY HEADLAMPS DIRECT OR WHEN A MISTAKE HAS BEEN MADE BY
HEADLAMPS DIRECT AND NOT
AT ANY OTHER TIME
IN THE EVENT OF
CUSTOMER ERROR WHEN ORDERING A RE DELIVERY CHARGE OF £4.50 WILL BE CHARGED
AS FREE DELIVERY IS ONLY OFFERED ONCE
ALL GOODS SHOULD BE
CHECKED BY CUSTOMER ON DELIVERY AND NOT ACCEPTED IF BROKEN (AS
INSTRUCTED ON PARCEL THANK YOU)
Once we have received
the goods we will either send replacement goods within 48 hours (if available
in stock) or forward repayment to payee. All goods must be returned in original
packaging and unused. If the goods are proven to be faulty at a date later
than delivery or fitment then instructions will given individually depending
on location in UK (refunds or exchanges still apply)
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR
PURCHASE PLEASE E-MAIL US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR GOODS STATING
THE REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED ALONG WITH THE RC INVOICE NUMBER,
PLUS YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS. GOODS MUST BE RETURNED UNDAMAGED AND IN
ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
IN THE EVENT YOU SHOULD RECEIVE FAULTY
GOODS OR THE WRONG GOODS ARE DELIVERED PLEASE E-MAIL US IMMEDIATELY, IN ANY CASE WITHIN
3 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND REPLACEMENT GOODS
UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR INITIAL ORDER

Refunds policy
REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UPON RECEIPT OF RETURNED GOODS

REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE GIVEN BY THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, FROM WHICH PAYMENT
WAS MADE.

PROCESSED YOU MUST RETURN THE GOODS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT IN ORIGINAL
PACKAGING AND UNDAMAGED CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND.
